On July 19, 2010, Dynasil Corporation acquired Hilger Crystals Ltd.  Hilger’s strength as a leading manufacturer of synthetic crystals puts Dynasil in a good position to commercialize our extensive technology portfolio and allows us to participate in the growing baggage and cargo scanning market.
